Ownership & authority

Domain assets offered through DomainCachet are marketed by DomainCachet LLC with ownership or transfer authority held by DomainCachet LLC and/or an affiliated company authorized to complete the applicable transaction. The applicable marketplace, registrar, escrow, or transfer records will govern the mechanics of the transfer.

Package details

Domain packages may include multiple domain names curated and presented through the DomainCachet.com website. Public listings summarize key assets and positioning points. Additional details may be provided to qualified buyers upon request. Package contents, pricing, and availability are subject to change until a transaction is completed. Any non-public information shared with a prospective buyer is provided for evaluation purposes and should be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing and listing accuracy

DomainCachet LLC may correct typographical, pricing, package-content, or listing errors before a transaction is confirmed. If a purchase is being completed through a third-party marketplace or transaction service, any correction, cancellation, or other action after the buyer has committed to the transaction will be subject to that service’s mandatory rules and applicable law.

Availability

Domains and domain packages may be listed on multiple marketplaces at the same time and remain subject to prior sale until a transaction is confirmed. When a domain name or domain package advertised on DomainCachet.com is purchased through a third-party marketplace such as Atom.com, Sedo.com, Afternic.com, GoDaddy.com, or another domain-sale platform, that marketplace manages the applicable payment and transfer process under its own procedures. Sales are final

Domain sales are final once a transfer has been initiated or completed. Any cancellation, refund, or reversal is subject to the rules of the applicable transaction service and applicable law.

Purchase options and transaction services

Domain names and domain packages advertised on DomainCachet.com may be purchased directly from DomainCachet LLC or through established third-party domain marketplaces where the applicable asset is listed, including Atom.com, Sedo.com, GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, and similar services. These marketplaces provide transaction, payment, and domain-transfer services for purchases completed through their platforms.

Buyers may contact DomainCachet LLC directly at [email protected] regarding a purchase. Direct transactions may be completed through Escrow.com or another mutually agreed transaction service.

Transaction process and completion

When a purchase is completed through a marketplace, escrow provider, registrar, or other transaction service, that service’s applicable terms and required processes also apply to the transaction.

Buyers are responsible for timely completion of any payment, account, registrar, marketplace, escrow, or transfer steps required to complete a purchase. If a buyer does not complete required transaction steps within the time permitted by the applicable marketplace, escrow provider, registrar, or other transaction service, the transaction may be cancelled or treated as incomplete in accordance with that service’s applicable rules.

Payments are considered received when confirmed through the applicable transaction service. Domain transfers are initiated after payment and required transaction steps are confirmed. Transfer timing may be affected by registrar, registry, ICANN, verification, security-lock, dispute, expiration, or buyer-account requirements outside DomainCachet LLC’s reasonable control.

Logos & creative assets

Logos or creative assets are included only where explicitly stated in the applicable package description or written transaction terms. Unless clearly specified, a sale includes domain assets only. Ownership, license, transfer, or permitted use of any logo or creative asset is limited to the rights expressly identified in writing.

Optional preview features

DomainCachet LLC may enable temporary site-display or preview features for selected visitors, including preview access to logo or animated-logo presentation features. Temporary, short-lived browser cookies may be used to control this optional preview behavior. These features do not change the assets included in a sale unless expressly stated.

What’s included in the sale

The sale includes the domain name and any additional items specifically identified as included with the applicable domain or package. Website content, code, customer data, and unrelated business assets are not part of a domain sale. DomainCachet LLC does not provide trademark clearance, trademark opinions, or legal opinions concerning any domain name or its proposed use. Descriptions, appraisals, positioning language, logos, and creative materials are provided for presentation and informational purposes and do not constitute a representation regarding trademark rights or trademark clearance.

No legal, financial, or advisory services

DomainCachet LLC does not provide legal, financial, trademark, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advisory services through this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomainCachet LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of this website or from matters outside DomainCachet LLC’s reasonable control in connection with a domain transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomainCachet LLC’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising from a specific domain or package transaction will not exceed the purchase price actually paid for that specific domain or package.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to these Terms, DomainCachet.com, or communications with DomainCachet LLC shall be subject to applicable Florida law, except to the extent mandatory marketplace, escrow, registrar, or other transaction-platform terms require otherwise.

Updates

DomainCachet LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version for use of DomainCachet.com.

General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the applicable domain or package listing and any mandatory terms of the marketplace, escrow provider, registrar, or transaction service used for a purchase, govern the matters they address.
